- Next allow the dough to rest for another 15 minutes. Then before it go's in the oven we brush the top of the dough with some butter & bake in the oven at 180° for 25 - 30 minutes or until dough balls are golden brown.
- Finally when the baking dish is out of the oven brush the top with a generous amount of fresh honey then garnigh with roasted sesame seeds (optional) then transfer it to your choice of serving dishe and enjoy warm..
- Note: we can substitute brushing the dough before baking with a mixture of one egg mixed with some milk instead of butter..
